Highway 1 is a road located in Baenal. It was the first highway to be completed in the entire nation, shortly followed by Highway 2. Construction began in late 1984, and ended in 1985. It originally ran through the heart of Koch City, but in 2001, the road was lifted, and went straight around the city, with a direct route to the Baenal International Airport. Beginning in late 2009, Highway 1 was closed temporarily due to a car bomb exploding, and damaging a huge section of the road. The road had to be lifted again, and redone. This process lasted until mid 2010. Now, the highway runs around Robert I Park, Uptown, Diamond Hills, and Claytown, beofre intersecting with Highway 2.
